Lowongan Kerja Kapal Api, PT Santos Jaya Abadi is steeped in tradition as rich as its coffee. As the largest family-owned coffee brand in Indonesia, our company’s roots grew from a small home industry company in Surabaya. Where more than 79 years ago in 1927, our founder Go Soe Loet produced his popular coffee.

In 1970 our company evolved the organisation. The second generation emerged to guarantee the continuation and success of the business by introducing state of art changes in the Machineries and equipments, people skill and management and the expansion of the product availability to reach the entire East Java.

In 1980 we built our existing factory at Sepanjang, Sidoarjo in East Java. At this stage, Kapal Api brand has become the pillar of our business, distributed all across the country and has become the market leader with its complete range of products.

Following the success of Kapal Api brand and to obtain the maximum satisfaction of our consumers, PT Santos Jaya Abadi has introduced other successful brands into the market: Excelso, ABC, Good day, Ya and Kapten.

Machine operator / Lane Leader
Operate machine to achieve quality & quantity target according to standard operating procedure.

Maintenance Technician (Tech)
Coordinate, control, and optimize resources to ensure accomplishment of production procedure and to yield products which meet quality and quantity standard.

• Male, 24-30 years old
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical,or electrical)
• Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanical or electrical
• Willing to work in shifts

PPIC Checker Warehouse (Code: PPIC-CW)
Responsible in controlling all loading-unloading, shipping, and storage raw material activities in packing warehouse

Job Qualification:

• Male / female, 25 – 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Management / Engineering
• Accurate and having good problem analysis skill
• Having good communication skill and able to work in team

Accounting Staff (Code: ACC)
Responsible in all activities of account payable, operational cost, and stock administration

• Must be proficient in using MS Office

Maintenance Supervisor (MSPV)
Supervise maintenance and repair of plant machinery and utilities in order to support all plant operational

Job Qualification:

• Male, 24-30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology)
• Having 2-3 years experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry
• Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanical or electrical
• Strong leadership, positive, and excellent communication skills

Production Administrator (code: PADM)

• Having 1 year experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field

QC Analyst (Code: QA)
Coordinate and monitoring quality control activities in laboratory to ensure the suitability of product quality to quality standard

Job Qualification:

• Female, maximum 25 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering
• Having good competency in statistic, food analysis, and writing reports
• Having leadership experience and good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
